Hand and forearm strength can be a limiting factor when training to develop strength & hypertrophy. We like to focus on this area at the end of our lower body training sessions. In this program we focus on pinch gripping, wrist flexion & extension, and radial & ulnar flexion. This 12-week program is a perfect additon to all of our strength training programs.
