Flexibility and Versatility
Elite Physique can be done in any gym or home gym. You'll need dumbells, barbells, machines, and kettlebells. The things you will find in most gyms. It's easily scaled and adjustable. So if you need to make substitutions or move some things around due to something like travel, time constraints, or even injury, we've got your back!

FAQs
What does it mean to "join the team"?
You'll truly be part of a team that is doing the exact same training on the exact same day. The team (yourself included) will be coached by me (Danny). I'm the one programming our training and you can find me on our team's message board, answering questions & checking in on everyone.
When should I get started / when is the next training cycle?
The best time to get started is RIGHT NOW. Jump right into the training. The way that we've designed our training blocks will allow for you to jump right in. You'll progress your load (weight) or movement week over week but there's no need to wait for the beginning of a training cycle.
Is there a long-term commitment?
You won't get results overnight, but you're not committing to anything long-term when you join. You can cancel at anytime all within the app.
What if I can only train 3x/week?
Even if you cannot complete the program as designed, you will be able to complete days 1-3 as a three-day routine.
Do I need to be a powerlifter or bodybuilder to do this program?
No! All you need is a little experience in weight-room and you will be able to take this program and run with it. Elite Physique leverages concepts and tactics used by bodybuilders, and powerlifters, but it's for everyone.
What if I miss a day or can't do an exercise.
Don't worry about a thing, with our community you'll have the support you need to pivot on the fly when life gets in the way. We've got your back.
Can I do this program if my goal is fat-loss?
Yes. Just complete the programming as directed while being in a high protein, calorie deficit.
