Danny is passionate about lifting, coaching, and learning. He is the owner of CORE coaching method, the host of the Dynamic Dialogue podcast, and he loves football, traveling, and his dog "cooper".
Coach Matt is a former NCAA DI Baseball player and holds the NSCA's prestigious CSCS certificate as well as certificates in nutrition coaching, womens fitness, senior fitness and corrective exercise. Matt specializes in physique enhancement, performance coaching, and is very hands on with his clients. When he's not coaching or exercising himself, he loves cooking, golf, and his dog "Bo"
