Danny is passionate about lifting, coaching, and learning. He is the owner of CORE coaching method, the host of the Dynamic Dialogue podcast, and he loves football, traveling, and his dog "cooper".

FAQs
What does it mean to "join the team"?
You'll truly be part of a team that is doing the exact same training on the exact same day. The team (yourself included) will be coached by me (Danny). I'm the one programming our training and you can find me on our team's message board, answering questions & checking in on everyone.
When should I get started / when is the next training cycle?
The best time to get started is RIGHT NOW. Jump right into the training. The way that we've designed our training blocks will allow for you to jump right in. You'll progress your load (weight) or movement week over week but there's no need to wait for the beginning of a training cycle.
Is there a long-term commitment?
You won't get results overnight, but you're not committing to anything long-term when you join. You can cancel at anytime all within the app.
What if I miss a day or can't do an exercise.
Don't worry about a thing, with our community you'll have the support you need to pivot on the fly when life gets in the way. We've got your back.
Can I do this program if my goal is fat-loss?
Yes. Just complete the programming as directed while being in a high protein, calorie deficit.
Can anyone do this program? Is it only for very advanced, fit folks?
This program is for EVERYONE. Trainees of all fitness levels will be able to join the Home Heroes community and hit the ground running. With easy to follow, scale, and progress programming - you won't need to guess. All you need is some dumbbells, bands, and about 4 hours per week.
