Coach Danny is the brains behind Home Heroes and Core Coaching Method. Danny has 15+ unique certifications and has been coaching clients and educating other coaches since 2013. Danny is passionate about lifting, coaching, and learning. He is the owner of CORE coaching method, the host of the Dynamic Dialogue podcast, and he loves football, traveling, and his dog "cooper".
Coach Silivia is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She's been helping women change their physique since she entered the fitness industry in 2015. Silvia found fitness and personal training after completing her degree in the field of psychology. She is an avid lifter, golfer, and dog mom to her miniature goldendoodle "moose"
Matt is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) nutrition coach, and womens fitness specialist. He specializes in physique development and client transformation. In addition to his love of fitness, nutrition and performance, he's an avid snowboarder, chef, and loves long walks with his dog "bo".
