Venus Weightlifting Club was founded by Coach Gaby in 2015 as the first Olympic Weightlifting gym ever in China. The Venus Weightlifting Team is built for Worldwide Olympic Weightlifters who would like to learn and train using Chinese style weightlifting programs and techniques. We believe that the programming structure, skill drilling, and mobility work will enable you to improve your techniques and crush your PR's as a result!
TEAM Gaby is created for Olympic Weightlifters to train together with Gaby no matter where you are. All training sessions are written by Coach Gaby personally and will be updated weekly, combining Chinese style weightlifting training methods & Gaby’s theory of realignment training. By joining the team, you will not only receive a 4 sessions/week training program, but also join a community to have regular feedback from Coach Gaby.
Different from other training programs, it is designed as 4 sessions/week, including 3 days of Olympic weightlifting training plus 1 active recovery day, that’s more than enough even for a seasoned lifting fan. Through the training design, we do expect that you’ll not only become a better lifter, but also a better human. We hope everyone can enjoy Olympic weightlifting, and can enjoy training until you are in your 80's.
