Who is Team Gaby for?
Team Gaby is for anyone who has mastered the fundamentals of lifting, including full lifts and essential accessory exercises. This program focuses on training, not learning. If you’re still learning the basics, our other two programs would be a better fit.
I have some mobility issues, can I join the training?
Absolutely, you can! We have complete warmup sessions that can get you ready before the main training. However, if you can not perform a specific movement, you can modify or skip it.
Can I add other programs or training sessions on top of this one?
It depends, we recommend you follow our training sessions for the first 1 or 2 weeks, and if you feel it’s easy and you can recover completely, you could arrange other ones. But we don’t recommend adding other intensive trainings at the beginning.
I have trained CrossFit for years, can this help me to improve skills?
Adding specific Olympic Weightlifting Training can definitely help you to improve, however, it will also depend on how you arrange your own trainings. Take care not to overtrain to avoid getting injuries. Besides, Coach Gaby will also give her feedbacks to help you improve!
