The Unstoppable Dad Project is designed for busy fathers. 

The program is a time effective program that has both a strength and movement program and a bodyweight program included in the monthly fee. 

The Strength and movement program is adaptable to how much time you have to train allowing you to make the most of your time in the gym. With a minimum 2 mandatory days and 2 optional days on the days you have time to train you can adapt the program to the limited time you have as a busy father.

The at home bodyweight program is also included on those weeks you cant get to the gym. 

Access to all instructional videos and direct access to coaches helps you get done what you need to get done without taking away from valuable family time.

No Equipment needed for the bodyweight program.Strength and movement program requires - Barbell // bumper plates // kettlebell and dumbells. Pull Ups bar would be beneficial as well.
