Over a decade of owning and operating a high-performance gym, training thousands of players from youth, junior, and NCAA through a progression of strength, speed, power, and skill development. This program is the same one I used to become a Canadian Jr A scoring champion and NCAA D1 hockey player.

Each phase of your training season has different requirement. I take the guess work out of it for you. ✔️ This ensures we can transition from our season into the early off-season phase where we repair our body ✔️ Then we begin to build into the full off-season program and get stronger for next season. ✔️ As our off-season comes to a close we finish our late off-season phase where we are putting the finishing touches on speed/acceleration ✔️ Once the season starts, we have to maintain all of our hard work and keep our bodies resilient for the remainder of the season.

This program is designed for every level of player looking to separate from the pack and move on to the next level.

Speed / Power
The game is getting faster every year and you need to be able to keep up to move forward. The starting point of every session is with speed or power training. Your first few strides determine everything.

Strength
If you want to compete with the physical demands of hockey, you need to be strong. Strength is never a weakness. The more strength you have, the harder your shot, the more power you can drive through ever stride and the more stable you are on you skates.

Nutrition
You will get access to a detailed nutrition guide with meals and explanations of nutrient timing will help you get the maximum amount of help towards on-ice performance and recovery. Small details add up at the next level and nutrition plays a huge role.

FAQs
Will I be too sore for games I play the following day.
The 3rd session each week is meant to be done on the day before games. If your game is at the start of the week, completed the 3rd day of training one day prior to that game.
