The Forge is an Upper/Lower style training team that is based on my current program, so that you can train with top quality instruction without any of the hassle of building things out on your own. I designed the program exactly how I like to train, so it will be simple, effective, and allow you to progress consistently in both size and strength. The program will be handled with the same attention to detail that I put into all of my programming, and will be updated continuously to fit the current progression of the group.
The team includes a group chat, where we will be able to stay in communication. This will allow us to see how we are progressing as a group, and give the team an outlet to learn and grow as a community. You will be free to ask questions, post form reviews, and interact with other team members.
There are also regular Q&A calls for all training teams where you will have the opportunity to chat with your teammates and myself, as well as have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about your training.
