Aegis is a Full Body style training team that is designed with one main focus: to get you your best gains with only 3 days of training a week. This team is designed to work the entire body efficiently and effectively by avoiding redundancy and maximizing productivity.
This program is great for anyone who enjoys full body style training, or is too busy to be going into the gym all the time. All it takes is 3 sessions a week and a committed mentality to get you the results you're after.
The team includes a group chat, where we will be able to stay in communication. This will allow us to see how we are progressing as a group, and give the team an outlet to learn and grow as a community. You will be free to ask questions, post form reviews, and interact with other team members.
There are also regular Q&A calls for all training teams where you will have the opportunity to chat with your teammates and myself, as well as have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about your training.
