With over 15 years of experience as a strength coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with elite athletes across the globe: from the U.S. Olympic Ski Team and X-Games champions to the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago White Sox, and St. Louis University. My roster includes Olympic and X-Games gold medalists, World Series champions, Silver Sluggers, MLB All-Stars, and NCAA champions.

I focus on functional movement, building strength, and improving mobility, power, and agility—moving in all planes to boost joint health, reduce pain, and keep you feeling young!These principles form the core of everything I do and can be adapted to help anyone get closer to their goals.
