Iron Team Breakthrough is a program that will break you through training barriers. If you're tired of the same repetitive boring fitness program this is the program for you! Fresh programming will take place every three weeks in which you will be pushed and find new training maxes along the way. You will also be involved in a rigorous cardiovascular program and metCon style programs to end each week leaving you feel like you crushed it! If you are a dad, ex athlete, or someone just looking to get involved in a Rigorous training program this is perfect for you!

FAQs
What kind of exercises will I be doing?
There will be a vast variety of exercises, including squat, bench press, and trap bar dead lift. Filled in within each cycle will be a variation of some type of Olympic lifting, and if you cannot complete Olympic list, there will be alternatives!
How many days a week will I be training?
The ideal training for each week would be four days a week. Within that week, there will be two standard strength days, a cardiovascular emphasis day and then a Met con style training day. That's a combination of both pushing you to be your greatest.
What will the programming look like?
It will be linear progressive meaning that each cycle you will progress from a basic exercise to a more advanced exercise of the same movement pattern pushing you to reach personal records and move better
Will the price ever increase monthly?
No! $25 a month is locked in for this specific program on a monthly basis!
