This six week off-season program is a college style program. That is perfect for preseason during the summer or off-season during the winter! Reach new heights by finding new PR's in the weight room and on the field with combine style testing! This is a three days a week program with speed work/skill work and weight room work on each day! If you don't have a structured or consistent program, this is the program for you!

I have spent time at some elite institutions, such as university of Colorado football, and most recently at Valor Christian high school in Colorado, where I was a part of multiple state championships across many sports!

FAQs
What if I have questions about the program?
Feel free to reach out on the messaging feed and I will get back to you as soon as possible with any questions asked!
What if I don't know what my max is for certain lifts?
No problem! Work up to weights that you know that you can do each week for the reps provided and be sure to have someone there to spot you! The system will automatically create a working max for you via tracking!
What if I need to take an unload week/day?
It can be adjusted! An athlete is never going to feel 100% every single day. The exercises and volume can be adjusted and then notes can be taken after each exercise or after the workout!
What if I don't know the exercise?
That's OK! Every exercise will have detailed instructions and paying attention to the videos and looking at the work out before hand can be a huge help before completing the workouts and program!
