This program is four weeks in duration and follows a linear and undulated system in order to produce power, strength and speed to prepare you for track and field season! This is a weight room based program that can, and should be paired with any sprint program during the preseason or off-season!

Coaching by former Sprinter!
As a former sprinter myself, I have had the privilege of coaching some elite sprinters throughout my 17 years as a strength conditioning coach. I have coached male athletes that have run 10 10.5 and 10.6 100 m dash sprints, and female athletes that have ran 11.8 and sub 12 100 m! My brother Anthony ran a 10.48 100 in high school and my brother Allen was a national champion hurdler in college!
