What is "Stay Charged"?
Stay Charged is my structured training system designed to help you build strength, lose body fat, and stay consistent—without overthinking it. This is how I train. Now it’s built for you to follow inside a real gym, anywhere.
Who is this program for?
This is for you if: You’ve been stuck in a stop-start cycle You want to get leaner and stronger You’re busy but still want structure You used to train consistently and want to get back to it If you’re ready to actually follow a plan—this is for you.
Do I need to be advanced to join?
The program is designed to be scalable: If you’re newer → you’ll build a strong foundation If you’re experienced → you’ll push intensity and progression The structure stays the same. You progress within it.
What kind of results can I expect?
