Jeremy has 8 years of coaching experience and a BS in exercise physiology. During his time in the military, Jeremy developed a selection preparation/rehabilitation program helping operators successfully pass tier 1 special operation unit selections. He has also worked with spec. op soldiers, CrossFit athletes, US national triathletes, and individuals who want to live healthier and happier lives.

Nick OSullivan is 28 years old and a multi-sport athlete. A former collegiate football athlete Nick has a BS in Economics. Nick was a sponsored OCR athlete for 3 years (Spartan race/Tough Mudder) traveling around the country. He started CrossFit in 2020 under the guidance of coach Kane. He started competing in CrossFit in 2022 going from 4200 in the world to top 1700 in 2023.
