S&C @ The Hall is designed for firefighters looking to maintain and improve their overall fitness while on shift, either individually or with their crew. What sets this program apart from any other program, is that I also give suggestions for daily skill training relating to perishable skills on the fireground. This program balances strength, cardiovascular endurance, and functional movements essential for the demands of the job, such as firefighter-specific skills. Each session is efficient, lasting 30-60 minutes, and uses minimal equipment to ensure accessibility. The variety of running, biking, strength training, and circuit-style workouts promotes intensity, resiliency, and readiness for real-world scenarios, helping firefighters stay strong, explosive, and prepared for the challenges they face daily.
