Firefighter Testing Preparation Program is for aspiring Firefighters to prepare for physical testing, such as OFAI, FSO, and York.
This 8 week program is not for someone that isn't willing to put in the work, as we are working towards successfully passing your test.
This program will raise the level of your performance to be reflective of the demands of the test, and to instill good habits for you to continue to foster after your test.
This program offers the tools to go beyond what you're capable of and it's up to the person - you - to go at it with the discipline, intensity, and tenacity, to strive for more. Experience what this program will do for your well-being, reducing injury risk, and being the best possible version of yourself.
Training will incorporate a blend of building whole body strength, explosiveness, and improving work capacity through the use of relevant equipment and exercise selection, so you are ready for your test.
Testing is a reflection of being able to meet the minimum standard.
