Firefighter Testing Preparation Program is for aspiring Firefighters to prepare for physical testing, such as OFAI, FSO, and York.

This 8 week program is not for someone that isn't willing to put in the work, as we are working towards successfully passing your test.

This program will raise the level of your performance to be reflective of the demands of the test, and to instill good habits for you to continue to foster after your test.

This program offers the tools to go beyond what you're capable of and it's up to the person - you - to go at it with the discipline, intensity, and tenacity, to strive for more. Experience what this program will do for your well-being, reducing injury risk, and being the best possible version of yourself.

Training will incorporate a blend of building whole body strength, explosiveness, and improving work capacity through the use of relevant equipment and exercise selection, so you are ready for your test.

Testing is a reflection of being able to meet the minimum standard.

We are athletes, not the traditional sport athletes, but our demands are vast, so we need to prepare accordingly.

Conjugate Method
We aren't bodybuilders, we aren't powerlifters, and we aren't triathletes, but rather we are a combination of all of these, depending on the task. Having programming that targets multiple qualities, such as strength, power, endurance, is key for building a solid foundation as a tactical athlete.

Performance
The role of a Firefighter demands an individual to become comfortable with the uncomfortable, and I program accordingly to do more of what the tests ask for, so that you're ready. It is not enough to meet the minimum standard, you need to strive for more.

FAQs
How long should the workouts take to complete?
Roughly 45-60 minutes on average.
Can I modify any of the exercises?
Yes, but I encourage you not to make exercises easier if you can. If you have any additional questions, DM me on Instagram or send me an email.
