Tactical Conjugate & Performance is for tactical athletes that are looking for consistent, challenging, and applicable programming to their field.
The primary goal of this program is to raise the level of your performance to meet the demands of the role of a first responder/emergency service personnel. Most importantly, to meet the expectations of the public, because they depend on our commitment to training and being ready to help them.
Training will incorporate a blend of applicable strength, explosiveness, targeting weak points, and improving work capacity to increase Tactical Performance.
This program offers the tools to go beyond what you're capable of and it's up to the person - you - to go at it with the discipline, intensity, and tenacity, to strive for more. Although this program is designed for Firefighers, other tactical athletes will benefit due to the crossover of training modalities.
