Tactical Conjugate & Performance is for tactical athletes that are looking for consistent, challenging, and applicable programming to their field.

The primary goal of this program is to raise the level of your performance to meet the demands of the role of a first responder/emergency service personnel. Most importantly, to meet the expectations of the public, because they depend on our commitment to training and being ready to help them.

Training will incorporate a blend of applicable strength, explosiveness, targeting weak points, and improving work capacity to increase Tactical Performance.

This program offers the tools to go beyond what you're capable of and it's up to the person - you - to go at it with the discipline, intensity, and tenacity, to strive for more. Experience what this program will do for your well-being, reducing injury risk, and being the best possible version of yourself.

Although this program is designed for Firefighers, other tactical athletes will benefit due to the crossover of training modalities.

We are athletes, not the traditional sport athletes, but our demands are vast, and our game day could be any shift, so we have to be able to perform at our best.

Conjugate Method
We aren't bodybuilders, we aren't powerlifters, we aren't triathletes, we're kind of a combination of all sports depending on the task at hand. That being said, having programming that targets multiple qualities (ie. strength, power, endurance etc) is key for not only building a foundation of fitness but also to routinely keep all qualities at their peak.

Performance
I strive to become a better athlete each and every day across multiple domains, and because of that, performance is very important. Performance for the tactical athlete means being able to do his or her job, without quitting, and craving more. The role of a first responder forces an individual to become comfortable with the uncomfortable, and I program accordingly.

This program is designed with the intent to push you harder, further, and help foster a more resilient individual. You will not get basic, bullshit, easy workouts from me, but rather you will consistently get specific and challenging workouts and the motivation to continue to uphold the standard.

FAQs
How long should the workouts take to complete?
Roughly 45-60 minutes+ on average.
Can I modify any of the exercises?
Yes ,you can. However, I wouldn't recommend modifying too many things as that kind of defeats the purpose of following a program!
