Conditioning
There is nothing worse than gassing out during a game. Not only is it not fun but, usually, it is the fittest team that wins. Get conditioned properly to handle everything a game can thrown at you.

By training correctly, in accordance to what time of the year it is, rugby players will minimise the potential of injuries ruining their season. This is the NSW Women's Waratahs training at The Foundry gym.
