I created this group for beginner to advanced lifters who want to look great but also want to improve their strength on the classic big 3 compound lifts, the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
I always loved the idea of being aesthetic while ALSO being extremely strong and physically capable. And, because of this, I have always trained with the goal of developing in both areas, and when you join this group , you will accomplish exactly that.
Trying to achieve these two goals at the same time is difficult, but I can tell you from experience, it is definitely doable.
Get access to progressive programming that includes the big 3 classic lifts and/or derivatives of them, as well as exercise form checks, answers to your questions, and access to a community of people who are also putting in work to achieve their strength and physique goals.
Don't click below to start unless you're all-in though, because anything but 100% just won't get it done. And, if you're not doing the little things (like eating and sleeping well), even the best program in the world won't help!
If you’re ready to become a machine, then let's get after it.
It’s time to get to work!
