THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I DO ON A REGULAR BASIS! ALL YOU NEED ARE DUMBBELLS, KETTLEBELLS, BANDS, A BENCH & YOUR BODY! FROM TIME TO TIME YOU WILL SEE SOME MOVEMENTS THATS HAVE SOMETHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY. 

THE GOAL HERE IS TO CREATE CONFIDENCE - BUILD A STRONGER BODY - WORKING MOBILITY, STRENGTH, CONDITIONING AND MINDSET! 

WORKOUTS SHOULD NOT TAKE MORE THAN 35 MINUTES. WE WANT TO WORKOUT WITH INTENTION! IN AND OUT OF YOUR GARAGE OR THE GYM SO THAT WE CREATE MORE TIME DURING THE DAY TO ATTACK OTHER IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES IN LIFE.
