Whether you are looking to improve your technique, build strength, hit PRs in training, or prepare for competition, this bundle gives you structured programming built to support long-term progress. Your membership includes access to the 3-day Canada program, 5-day Canada program, a 4-week competition prep cycle, and an 8-week strength block.

Each training cycle is built using our system for managing volume and intensity across the block so that every phase has a purpose. We use training blocks strategically to develop strength, improve technique, and help athletes feel prepared when competition day arrives. Each week includes the Olympic lifts, variations, strength work, primers, accessories, and clear session structure.

If your meet schedule changes or you need a different focus, your membership includes additional options you can move into at any time.

Maude Charron is a coach for Power & Grace Performance and Olympic Champion for Team Canada. She won gold at the 2020 Summer Olympics and silver at the 2024 Summer Olympics. With a background in gymnastics, circus, and years as a remote athlete, she brings elite experience, technical knowledge, and a passion for helping athletes grow and reach their goals.

Yes. Best suited for beginner to intermediate lifters with basic familiarity of the lifts.
What if I don’t compete?
That’s okay. The strength cycles and general training options work well for non-competitors too.
