I created Optimal Lower for Women for 1 reason.

To give you access to the best hypertrophy training on the planet at a price-point that helps me impact tens of thousands of women around the world.

I've been in the game long enough to know what works, what doesn't, and to help coach you to the fastest path to reaching your goals.

This is going to be simple.

Easy?! Not a chance.

In fact, I would discourage you from signing up unless you can commit to showing up to every training session, following my instructions, and doing the little things outside of the gym to stimulate progress (sleep, nutrition, etc.).

If you're up for it, you'll get access to the coaching and training that has transformed the lives and bodies of so many of my clients along the way.

When you join the team, you should expect structured training that is progressive, challenging, and gets REAL RESULTS.

There's no silver bullet here.

I'm asking for good old fashioned hard work, but I promise you that TOGETHER we can go places you've not been able to go alone.
