This all-access bundle includes the 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day Glute Maxxed training options, so you can shift your training split based on your goals, schedule, or recovery needs. Whether you’re in a busy season of life, just getting started, or ready to go all in—having the flexibility to adjust your plan without losing momentum is one of the smartest ways to keep progressing.

Switching between training splits can also help avoid plateaus, improve recovery, and make training feel more sustainable long-term. Life changes—your plan can too.

This program is perfect for you if you’ve been in the gym for 1–3+ years. If you’re newer to lifting or juggling a tight schedule, the 3-day option is a great place to start. Each version is intentionally built and structured to drive progress and help you train with purpose.

I’ve been in the game long enough to know what works and what doesn’t, so you can make the fastest progress possible.
