In the healthcare and fitness industry there is a lack of guidance women receive after having children. I created this functional fitness program that includes strength training and deep core exercises to help restore pelvic floor which is essential after having children. I will be working alongside you because Mommin' ain't easy ladies! In addition, you will get to join my private Facebook community to help stay in better touch outside of the app and meet mama's just like you.
This program provides 4 workouts per week consisting of two lower body days and two upper body days. Each workout includes a warm-up, core lift, accessory work, and finisher that can be completed in 50 minutes or less. No matter what stage you are in motherhood (preganant, 6 weeks postpartum, or even 20 years postpartum), I'm here to help!
I have a Bachelors in nursing degree, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I have experience training youth athletes, men and women of all different physical levels. I started coaching in 2018 to help share my passion for living a healthy lifestyle. I am a mother to two beautiful little boys that help push me to keep living a better life and teaching others to do the same.
