Maintaining high performance requires a reduction in training volume

Liberation is a concurrent program with relatively equal emphasis on strength, endurance, and power.

This is a great program for the following...

Older/fitter guys who don't have a lot of time to train, and just need to maintain what they have

Beginners who can still progress on lighter training plans

Use as a recovery phase from more intensive series like Absolution or Deliverance

About Liberation

Relatively equal emphasis on strength, power, and endurance training.

Light time and recovery demands, ideal for busy deployments and training schedules

Training sessions 4 days/week. Average 45-60 minutes each.

Includes rucks, runs, jumping, and weight training

Ideal starting point if you're busy, unaccustomed to high-volumes of training, or just need a maintenance program.

Periodized System
Designed to integrate seamlessly with other programs in the Liberation Series (Stalwart, Steadfast, Alacrity). You can change training emphasis as often as you like without adjusting to a completely different training style. This gives you great flexibility in periodizing your training to fit your needs.
