This product changes throughout the year to cover pre-season, in-season, and post-season physical demands and adaptations. It is designed specifically for male and female golfers between ages 10-14. We will prepare you for physical changes such as growth spurts, and develop you physically to your maximum potential. We want you to be able to use golf to pave a pathway forward in your young life that opens up doors as you go into adulthood!

Increase Swing Speed and Performance
Being fit means you will be able to produce better movement which will in turn result in a better more reproducible golf swing. The strength and power gained through this program translates to a faster swing. When done with the speed specific days; your ability to swing the club faster, and keep swinging it at high velocities all the way to the 18th hole will be enhanced!
Have More Energy Hole 1 to 18
Golf is a taxing sport. By the time you get to the 18th hole in 85 degree heat, you are exhausted. This program is designed not only to enhance your performance, but also improve your conditioning so you can play and feel your best through an entire round.
Develop Coordination and Motor Control
Young athletes need motor control. If you cannot control your body and movements, then you won’t be able to have a controlled, powerful, and repeatable golf swing. We have a move first philosophy and this program enables you to move optimally.
Programming 5 days per week
Daily strength, conditioning, and skill training that’s accessible and challenging for athletes of any level or background
