It is designed specifically for male and female golfers who are in the prime of their lives! The workouts are designed to work towards a healthier lifestyle and a enhanced golf performance.

The workouts are made to be done in less than an hour to meet the needs of your busy schedule. There are also bonus workouts for those looking for extra work each week.

Increased Swing Speed and Performance
Being fit means you will be able to produce better movement which will in turn result in a better more reproducible golf swing. The strength and power gained through this program translates to a faster swing. When done with the speed specific days; your ability to swing the club faster, and keep swinging it at high velocities all the way to the 18th hole will be enhanced!
