The Outlaw Program is designed to help baseball players:
-General strength, speed and power -Active range mobility -Athleticism -Reduce injury risk and pain
With this in mind, the overall emphasis will be on maximizing your strengths while also developing opportunity areas for you as a player in order to improve velocity, power, and reduce risk of injury
there will be four strength workouts and one rotational power/conditioning day in the middle of the week, and can be done by both pitchers AND position players!
