The Gunslinger Program is designed to help baseball players:
-Gain size and strength to boost on-field performance -Improve Athleticism and Body Awareness -Reduce risk of injury by developing strength through full range of motion
With this in mind, the overall emphasis of the program is to gain size and strength in order to improve velocity, power, and reduce risk of injury
there will be four strength workouts and one rotational power/conditioning day in the middle of the week, and can be done by both pitchers AND position players!
