The Bounty Hunter Program is designed to help baseball players:
-Boost throwing and exit velocity -Improve mobility and strength ranges -Improve body composition -Develop elite conditioning
With this in mind, the overall emphasis of the program is to increase active range mobility, while maintaining strength in order to improve velocity, power, and reduce risk of injury
there will be four strength workouts and one rotational power/conditioning day in the middle of the week, and can be done by both pitchers AND position players!
