The Bounty Hunter Program is designed to help baseball players:

-Boost throwing and exit velocity -Improve mobility and strength ranges -Improve body composition -Develop elite conditioning

With this in mind, the overall emphasis of the program is to increase active range mobility, while maintaining strength in order to improve velocity, power, and reduce risk of injury

there will be four strength workouts and one rotational power/conditioning day in the middle of the week, and can be done by both pitchers AND position players!

Is a throwing program involved?
Because of the specific nature of each individuals throwing schedule, a throwing plan is not included. You may however share videos for feedback in the group!
What do I do if I don't have some of the required equipment?
Let me know and I will send you a variation for the exercise based on what you have access to!
Can I do this program even if i'm not a pitcher?
Absolutely! This program is designed to serve pitchers AND hitters.
How do I know if this program is right for me?

How much time will this take per day? Per week?
In addition to any baseball skill work that you're doing, you can expect this program to take anywhere from 45-90 additional minutes per day (About 5-6 extra hours per week).
How do I know the program will work?
The Program designs have been used with MLB, MiLB, NCAA and High School players. Additionally, I will be there to help hold you accountable and hear your feedback. Now it's up to you to put the work in!
What if I am rehabbing or currently dealing with an injury?
You are still free to do the program! Just let me know of what your restrictions are so I can give you exercise modifications and suggestions on how to handle workload based on your specific scenario
When should I structure the lifts with my throwing?
I would recommend doing the lower body days after your high effort throwing days. On the day after your high effort throwing day, use the upper body lift as your "armcare" routine.
