What exactly do I get for $39/month?
You get instant access to every program in the JBC library (currently 9 programs), direct coach access inside the TrainHeroic app, progress tracking, seasonal programming cycles, monthly group challenges, and access to the JBC community.
Do I need a fully equipped gym?
We have programs for every setting. While some tracks like '4 Day Performance' benefit from a full gym, we have 'Dumbbell-Only' tracks for home gyms and '20 Min Circuits' for when you're short on time or equipment.
Can I switch programs after I join?
Yes! You can switch between any of the tracks at any time. Your membership unlocks the entire library, so you can move from a Performance block to a Longevity block whenever your goals shift.
What is the Functional Conjugate Training System?
It's a concurrent training methodology that develops all qualities of fitness (strength, power, endurance, capacity, and hypertrophy) simultaneously. Instead of focusing on one and letting the others fade, we turn the 'dials' up or down based on the program's goal.
How is this different from following a free program online?
Free programs are static. JBC All Access is a living system. Programming evolves seasonally, you get real-time feedback from coaches, and you're part of a community of athletes who take their training seriously.
What if I'm a beginner?
While our programming is built for 'athletes who train with purpose,' we provide scaling options and direct coach support to help you move safely and effectively regardless of your starting point.
