Full Body CXC is the last training system you'll ever need. If you've been training seriously for 10+ years then this training plan is for you.

This is a Conjugate based program consisting of diverse strength methods such as submax effort method, dynamic effort method, and explosive strength work.

As we age, we often fall 'out of alignment' with the form of training we're utilizing and the old adage "what got you to where you are likely won't be the thing to get you to where you want to go" rings true here.

Full Body CXC is made up of 3 Full-Body Strength Sessions (TWO HEAVY + ONE SPEED) & 3 Aerobic Conditioning Sessions.

The beauty of this plan is that it's adaptable meaning that you can pick your own path with regards to how many sessions are performed per week.

Full Body sessions are incredible efficient and will allow you the freedom to train as little or as frequently as you want.

If you like marathon training sessions that leave you beat up everyday, Full Body CXC will NOT be for you. We train HARD on the right exercises coupled with capacity building conditioning methods on the right days to elicit the best results you’ve ever experienced.

FAQs
What If I can only train 2, 3, or 4x per week?
Full Body CXC is an adaptable training plan consisting of three full body sessions, two aerobic conditioning sessions, and one optional conditioning session. If you can only perform 2 sessions per week, not a problem. Our coaches will give you guidance on what sessions to perform!
Can this program be done in a commercial gym?
Sure can!
How long do the sessions take?
Once you're used to the programming structure (about 1-2 weeks time) sessions should not take you longer than 60 minutes (most session are around 50 minutes), including both warm-up & cooldown.
Can I get stronger on this style of training?
An unequivocal yes! Not only will you get stronger you'll be able to see gains in body composition and work capacity, BUT most importantly improving how you FEEL!
Who is this training plan for?
Someone that is a ready for a change and tired of 'grinding.' It's also for someone that cannot train 6-7x per week and needs to be efficient with the training time that they do have. This is not a plan for beginners.
Is there support available?
Yes! We have coaches standing by to answer your questions as well as private FB group that supports all of our athletes.
Is there a commitment?
Nope, you can cancel at any time.
Am I able to switch between CXC and Full Body CXC whenever I want?
You sure can, but we'd recommend sticking with one program for at least 9 weeks before switching. TH is working on giving us the ability to bundle subscriptions though so stay tuned for that!
What equipment do I need?
A squat rack with a pull-up bar, one piece of cardio equipment, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX straps (or rings), resistance bands, a barbell, and a bench. Anything above what's listed alternatives will be provided (most of this is standard equipment at a CrossFit gym.)
