IRONFIT By Ironworks was designed to develop total body strength while gaining lean mass and improving mobility. This functional strength training program will elevate your conditioning, strength, and confidence to new heights! Whether you're a former athlete or just looking to increase your fitness; this program will have prepped and ready for anything standing in your path.

This program is built to teach you the base fundamentals of training, while elevating your strength and fitness. Workouts will be posted each week with access to a video library to walk you through technique and fundamentals.

In addition, we will focus heavily on mobility through all programming to increase your injury resilience and build a safe foundation to work from.

Lastly, you will experience a community of former athletes and coaches ready to give you feedback through the entire program no matter how big or simple.

IronFit programming is here to guide you on the optimal path of muscle growth and fat loss. From coaches who specialize in Strength and Conditioning you will receive a program that is designed to improve strength, power, and overall function. Leaving you leaner and stronger than before.
Videos provided by the Ironworks staff to ensure proper movement mechanics and execution of lifts. This is important to not only avoid injury but build muscle and strength in the desired way.
Through proper technique and mobility exercises experience new ranges of motion and improved daily function. Improving mobility can decrease chronic aches and pains; while increasing muscle function and growth. Our coaches will guide you through full body mobility sessions every lifts to ensure you are staying healthy and mobile.
Building a strong foundation in the weight room will allow for better overall quality of life and movement outside the weight room. Our goal for Ironfit athletes is to feel more confident across the board, from putting up weight in gym, to kicking ass on the golf course or pickup basketball on Tuesday nights..

Christian is a former division 1 football player and owner of Ironworks Performance in Colorado. He spent the past 5 years developing a number of College bound athlete and has spent time working with MLB, MiLB, and NFL athletes. Currently Christian oversees the S&C programs for a number of high schools in Colorado as well as Colorado State Mens Lacrosse

Josh Collins attended Colorado State University, where he played rugby and studied Health and Exercise Science. Josh pursued his passion of helping others get healthier and happier through proper exercise and nutrition. Earning certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, Josh uses science based principles to bring your game to the next level.

We can always help you adjust to what you have available at your gym or house!

Yes, in addition a lot of that comes from nutrition which you can check out on our blog or by talking to our coaches!
What if I have a nagging injury?
Following the mobility programming we post will help, we can also adjust programming as needed or give you tips on how to adjust things as needed!
