FAQs
Is there going to be a large time commitment?
NO! This program is designed to be completed in less than 10 minutes per session.
Do I need any special equipment?
We highly recommend investing in tools such as "Fat Gripz," Spring Loaded Grip Trainers like Iron Grips, and a simple 4lb sledgehammer. Everything else is likely already available at any home or commercial gym.
