Kyle is a USA Weightlifting Senior International Coach with over a decade of experience guiding athletes to success at the highest levels of competition. Throughout his career, Kyle has coached athletes to become Youth, Junior, and Senior National Champions, as well as International Medalists representing TEAM USA.

Kristina is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach with 9 years of experience competing in the sport of weightlifting. Throughout her career, Kristina earned her spot on two international teams as a Junior and a Senior athlete. Her most recent success has been winning the 2025 U25 National title.

Do I need competition experience to join?
Not at all. The Fourteen Forty Club is designed for athletes of all experience levels, from those just getting started in weightlifting to experienced competitors looking for structured coaching and support.
How often will I receive feedback from coaches?
Club members receive weekly feedback opportunities from our coaching staff. You'll be able to submit training videos, ask questions, and receive guidance to help you continue progressing.
What's the difference between the Club and Individual Coaching?
