Every weightlifter starts somewhere.
The challenge is knowing where to begin.
The Fourteen Forty Beginner Program is a 6-week remote training program designed to give new weightlifters the structure, guidance, and education they need to build a strong foundation. Whether you're coming from CrossFit, general strength training, or stepping into weightlifting for the first time, this program will help you develop the skills that matter most.
Over six weeks, you'll learn the fundamental positions, movement patterns, and technical concepts behind the Snatch and Clean & Jerk while building the strength and confidence needed for long-term success.
This isn't about chasing max lifts or surviving difficult workouts. It's about learning the right things in the right order so you can continue progressing long after the program ends.
