I'm Dr. Sam, and I'm a physical therapist who specializes in keeping people like you in the gym, training pain-free. I've taken 10+ years of gym experience and 5+ years of specialty practice to design this program to reduce the risk of the most common gym injuries I see in my clinic.
This program is carefully designed to build strength, agility, and endurance, the key points to staying active throughout well into old age.
Each day will start with a thoughtful warm ups based in rehab exercises, designed to activate muscles and give you a better workout. You'll then go through strength, pylometric, and cardio workouts specifically crafted to help you move better, faster, and stronger.
You'll be guided through strength training blocks to get back to your strongest self, and build power and speed with modifications to meet you wherever you're at.
Who is this program designed to help? This program is for people of all ages, who want to build a body capable of enjoying everything life has to offer! While this program is NOT designed to help with any specific competition goals, my hope is that your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility keep you playing with kids and grandkids, hiking in National Parks, and lifting anything you need at home without help for decades to come.
