Looking to help your kid build confidence in their athletic ability. EZWRK Athletic Performance for Youth has you covered. this program is a 3 day training program for kids ages 8 years +.
Using 3 main primary lifts to help you build awareness of movement, progress in load as you/the parent sees fit, and to help them build the confidence they need to excel in sport. Along with that there will be a daily Speed, Agility, Power and Plyometric session for them to do to help reinforce agility and COD/change of direction. This is something you always want in your back pocket as your child develops and grow.
