The Explosive Athlete program is designed for high school athletes specifically.
Whether you are a coach in need of a program that will prepare your team for a championship run, or someone chasing their dreams to get that college scholarship, you've come to the right place.
We will prioritize the three main lifts in all of our programs: the squat, press and clean. This is our foundation and will be the building blocks to everything we do on the field and in the weight room. The objective is to build the best athlete possible and this means implementing multiple domains to do so.
We follow a Conjugate/Westside approach to training, where every week we will hit an upper and lower body MAX EFFORT day along with an upper and lower body DYNAMIC EFFORT day.
MAX EFFORT = To be strong you need to lift heavy weight. Every week you will be challenged in finding a certain REP MAX (usually 10, 5, 3, 2, and 1) for a certain lift.
DYNAMIC EFFORT = These lifts are preformed with one thing in mind and that is speed! In order to be fast on the field you need to train to be explosive in your lifts in the weight room.
