Do I need to be an experienced lifter to join?
Nope. EAST is designed for everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned lifters. All movements come with clear video instruction, so you can start building strength safely and confidently.
How often should I train with EAST?
EAST is built for 3 sessions per week — enough to get strong, durable, and faster on the mat without overloading your schedule.
Will this make me bulky or slow on the mat?
Not unless that’s your goal. EAST focuses on functional strength, durability, and performance — so you’ll move faster, recover better, and roll harder without unnecessary bulk. We can help you get yacked if you want, though.
Is EAST suitable if I’m recovering from injury?
Absolutely — the program is scalable and adaptable. If you want extra guidance, upgrading to CUSTOM or ELITE gives you programming and coaching that’s tailored to your needs.
Can I do EAST alongside my regular BJJ/jiu jitsu classes?
Yeah bro, that’s exactly why we made it. EAST complements your mat work, improving strength, resilience, and recovery so you can roll smarter and harder.
How long until I see results?
You’ll start feeling improvements in strength, stability, and movement within the first few weeks, with long-term performance and durability compounding as you stick with the program.
