Do I need to be an experienced lifter to join?
Nope. EAST is designed for everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned lifters. All movements come with clear video instruction, so you can start building strength safely and confidently.
How often should I train with EAST?
EAST adds 3 strength & conditioning sessions per week so you can be stronger, faster, and durable enough to keep training Jiu Jitsu.
Will this make me bulky or slow on the mat?
Not unless that’s your goal. EAST focuses on strength, durability, and performance so you’ll move faster, recover better, and roll harder without unnecessary bulk. If you want to fill out the next weight class we can help you with that.
Is EAST suitable if I’m recovering from injury?
Absolutely. The program is scalable and adaptable. If you want extra guidance, upgrading to CUSTOM or ELITE gives you programming and coaching that’s tailored to your needs.
Can I do EAST alongside my regular Jiu Jitsu classes?
You’ll start feeling improvements in strength, stability, and movement within the first few weeks. Long-term performance and durability compounds as you stick with the program.
