With the All Access Plan you get access to each individual training program within the individual memberships - that's 15 total training programs for you to use whenever and however you want or need to.

The All Access Plan is designed for those who want options but do not want to constantly be changing memberships or programs - this subscription allows you to utilize every single training program on the TrainRx Performance Programming Platform however you want! You can change bodybuilding/strength training splits every few weeks, go from high rep work sets for building muscle mass to low rep and heavy weight sets for increasing strength, or even utilize multiple training programs at once throughout your weekly routine to target every goal you have.

BuildRx - Traditional Bodybuilding
Designed to provide you with highly effective strength & hypertrophy training that is specifically designed to promote building lean muscle mass and the increase of general strength. This platform includes 3 training splits: Full Body | Push/Pull/Legs | Upper/Lower. Each program utilizes a high intensity training concept and moderate-high rep ranges with aggressive weekly progressive overload.

Increase maximal strength & build lean muscle mass with highly effective, high intensity, strength & hypertrophy training. This platform includes 4 training programs: High Intensity Bodybuilding | Powerlifting | Upper/Lower | Olympic Lifting. This platform includes 3 training programs specifically designed to get you results with minimal equipment: High Intensity Bodybuilding | Traditional Bodybuilding | CrossFit WOD. Choose 1 of 2 strength training options or smash old school CrossFit style WODs with minimal equipment only.

Who is this membership for?
This membership is for anyone looking to use multiple programs, anyone who wants to change programs frequently, or for anyone who wants all of the options available on the platform.
How long are the workouts?
Each program varies, however you can expect daily workouts to range between 30-60 minutes.
