FAQs
What if I miss a workout?
Missing workouts is part of life. I advice all members to simply pick up where we currently are within the program and not worry about missing or making up sessions. Otherwise, you'll always be playing "catch up"!
I would consider myself a beginner, is this for me?
DO Fitness is for any fitness ability, what makes these workouts more challenging is the weight you choose. I always provide exercise swaps for more difficult exercises or exercises that might require specific equipment.
Do you program cardio?
This is a weight lifting program, so I don't program cardio-specific sessions. However, I do provide 1 Optional Full Body "cardio-styled" session per month that you can utilize as cardio or skip all together.
