Each 3-week training block targets foundational movements like bodyweight strength, HIIT circuits (AMRAP, EMOM, and TABATA styles), and a weekly outdoor jog or ruck, designed to progressively push you without ever being overwhelming.

Walk/Ruck/Jog Complete 20-30 min brisk walk or light jog, or wear a weight vest or backpack with some added weight and ruck it. The goal is to make sure it just gets done - you choose how you get through it, but make sure TO get through it.
