Lace up your running shoes and get ready to conquer the distance. Designed for both beginners and experienced runners, this program will transform you into a half marathon powerhouse.

Over the next 18 weeks, you will complete a systematic training regimen that gradually builds your endurance, speed, and mental toughness. Each week is carefully planned to maximize your progress and ensure you reach peak performance on race day.

Our program consists of five: long runs, tempo runs, Sprint training, Hill training, and recovery. Long runs form the backbone of your training, progressively increasing in distance to prepare you for the full half marathon. Tempo runs push your speed threshold, improving your race pace and overall stamina. Sprint training injects bursts of speed into your routine, improving your anaerobic capacity and helping you conquer hills and sprints. Finally Hill training complements your running, building lower body strength and enhances your overall fitness + we focus on recovery to reduce the risk of injury.
