Who is this program for?
This program is for any baseball player who is looking to add strength to their arm and reduce the risk of unnecessary arm injuries.
Where should this program fit into my weekly schedule?
This program is a great supplement a strength and conditioning program can be completed at the end of strength training sessions. It can be completed anytime from home. It is also an excellent recovery program to be completed the day after higher intensity throwing sessions.
What age should I start?
This program is great for all athletes ages 12 and up.
How long is the program?
The Baseball Specific Arm Care Program runs all year-round. The year-long cycle allows athletes to be experience a wide variety of exercises that help prepare their bodies for competition. Cancel or restart your membership anytime.
How is the program structured?
The program is comprehensive with 2 complete arm care days, 2 recovery days, and 2 days with an emphasis on scapular strength. The program can be tailored to the schedule of each individual athlete. For example, the recovery day should be performed the day after a higher intensity throwing session.
