50-30-10 Wall Balls 20/14 Push ups Double Unders scale for double unders x2 singles

12 Min AMRAP 3 Squat cleans 225/170 6 Box Jumps 30/24 9 Reverse Burpees *Every 4 mins the weight decreases by 20# So at min 4 it's 205/150 Min 8 185/130 Squat Cleans in first 4 mins should be either linked or fast singles. Choose a weight that you can keep moving through, and then even though you are decreasing weight, the consitancy should stay similar. If no box, Tuck jumps Reverse Burpees RX is with no hands

For Time: 10 Rounds: 10 Toes to Rings/Toes to Bar 10 Deadlift 135/95** Toes to Bar scales: Knees above parallel or V-ups **even thought it is a lighter weight, make sure that form stays on point!!

Filthy Fifty: For Time: 50 Box Jumps 24/20 50 Jumping pull ups 50 KBS 55/35 50 Step walking lunges 50 Knees to Elbows 50 Push Presses 45/35 50 Back Extension 50 Wall Balls 50 Burpees 50 Double Unders Modifications: Box Jumps - Tuck Jumps Knees to Elbows - Bent leg V-ups Back extensions - supermans with a 1 sec hold at the top.
