Who is this training for?
Devoted athletes who are striving to build the foundations to transform their body, and their game.
Do I need experience in the gym?
Preferably yes. Familiarity with functional compound movements such as Squat, Hip Hinge, Pull and Press are important, but can be learned throughout and can serve as an appropriate introduction to training.
How much communication will I get with my coach?
You will receive unlimited support from your coach, no matter what assistance you require. This journey is much more than just sets and reps, so we’ll be sure to pass on anything we can along the way, anything related, we’ll have your back every step of the way.
What does the ultimate training experience look like?
You’ll receive handwritten programming, personalised to you, and your needs, that are conducive to long term progress. Your training will be periodised, dependant on whatever phase you’re in, whether that’s off season, pre season or in season, regardless you will receive what’s most optimal to you.
What happens if I miss a day?
Sometimes that’s life, consistency always trumps perfection. Long term trends is what drives real results.
When I sign up, why is there nothing in my calendar?
The reason is we every bit of programming you receive, will be specially designed for you, hence we don't use the 'team' calendar. Reach out with a message in the chat function, then once we get to know you and what you need, then we can get going with your sessions!
