What should I expect from this training?
Handwritten personalised programming in Speed, Power, Strength and Conditioning.
Do I need experience in the gym?
Preferably yes. Familiarity with functional compound movements such as Squat, Hip Hinge, Press is required, but can be learned throughout and can serve as an appropriate introduction to training.
