Agoge Performance was based on the principles of the Spartan school for solider, The Agoge. This school molded children into strong warriors by building a strong sense of community. Here on at Agoge Performance we want to help build each other up to achieve our performance goals through our team messenger where you can ask questions and support each other!

Exercise Videos
If you YouTube an exercise name, you may find many different exercises with the same name. We want to limit that and provide a video of each exercise the way Agoge Performance intended it to be.

Who is this training for?
Anyone that wants to get stronger, faster, and more athletic with minimal wear and tear!
What if I don't have all the speciality equipment?
There will be suggested exercises within the notes of each exercise on what to swap out with. If you use the swap feature within the app and use the exercises provided by Agoge Performance, we will get you on the right track!
Can I get programming for my High School/College Team?
Yes. Through affiliate programming, we can provide programming as a service to you and your athletes at an affordable price. Please contact Teddy for more information on affiliate programming. teddy.cox@agogeperformance.com
Is there a time of year you test your lifts?
Each year we are going to test numbers the week before Thanksgiving. We have found in the past that training seems to be the most consistent of many in the fall months and we program to peak right before the Holidays when many are visiting family and freinds.
