If you're currently active or were active very recently until you had a limitation slow you down, you want to get back to doing what you were doing, and know something needs addressing, this bundle may be for you.
All about RESILIENCY. We like to think of it as having the ability to do what you want, when you want, without fear or uncertainty.
Building resiliency through a focus on strength, control, mobility and stability, quality movement, and adequate flexibility can be the solution.
4 Training Plans
The Anti-Bad Back Program, the "You Don't Have a Bad Shoulder Program", the Happy Hips, Knees, and Ankles Program, and the Balanced Strength Program.
The body-part-specific programs do NOT need to be completed every single day. In fact, we find it best to have a day or two of rest in between, especially in the early phases as your body is getting used to some of the new exercises and movements. The program is set up to have three workouts a week that take 30 minutes or less with rest days in between.
The Balanced Strength program focuses on building unilateral strength while maintaining conditioning. “Unilateral/Asymmetrical > Bilateral/Symmetrical” is one of our Active Life movement principles and what we believe allows individuals to stay strong, resilient, and durable, and truly embrace their physical freedom. Workouts in this program take around 45-60 minutes.
All four training plans are 13 weeks long.
There will probably be a lot of movements that you’ve never completed before. Be patient and take it slow. Quality movement is the #1 priority with this program. As with anything new, it takes practice and repeated exposure to improve the skill and level of competency. Breathe and play the long game.
