Finally, an attainable, approachable program for the person who has taken a hiatus from being active and wants to restart. You know your way around the block but have been struggling to get started again. Life is busy and different than before. You need something simple and easy with a low time commitment to build back up the habit. You've gained some weight and want to start taking the steps to get it off. Every time you've tried before you've jumped in too fast, it was unsustainable, and things started to hurt. You're frustrated and just want something that you can fit into your life.

Our Basic Movement Re-Start program is a good place to begin. You will find a training program that is a mixture of walking, bodyweight movements, mindset prompts, and breathwork. Some days are as short as 15-20 minutes and can be fit into any schedule and done anywhere. The only equipment you need is some kind of chair or step. If you don't want to walk outside, you'll need access to a treadmill.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you'll recreate the habits that make you start to remember what you felt like when you were active before. We'll progress slowly and take some baseline (and simple-to-perform) tests to help you see tangible progress.

If you are currently experiencing any aches and pains, we recommend you also look into our "Aches and Pains Bundle" and choose the program for the body part that is currently hurting.

Bet on yourself. Getting started is as easy as setting aside 15 minutes for the first workout. And if that's too hard, set aside two breaks - one for 8 minutes and one for 7. You can do this. One day at a time.

Feel like your former active self again
Your identity is tied to being an active individual. You can't recognize who you are anymore, though. You feel like you've lost it, and all you want is to get it back. Life is busier than it used to be. Nothing is the same as what it was before. That's why you need a program for where you are NOW, not one that would fit the life you had before. The BMR program eases in to meet you where you are.

Some say the hardest part is getting started. You know that's not really true. You've started lots of things already. They just didn't work. They were long and needed a lot of equipment. You couldn't fit driving to the gym into your schedule (yet). You need a program that helps you start & KEEP GOING. The BMR program is the most attainable program possible. Do it anywhere in short blocks of time.

You know how good it feels when you're active and taking care of yourself. Small movement snacks, breathwork guidance, and walking progressions will help you feel better about yourself again. Increasing your daily activity level will help you sleep better and improve your mood.

Who is this program for?
This is for anyone who used to be active and has taken a hiatus from training for one reason or another. A life event may have taken you away from your routine like becoming a parent or starting a busy new job. You don't know how to get restarted & fit fitness back into your life. We got you!
What if I miss a day?
We program for 5 days of movement per week. Some days are as short as 15-20 minutes. Other days require longer walks. Do your best to rearrange programmed workout days to fit in the 5 days of movement each week. If you miss a day or two and can't make it up, no worries!
What should I expect to see in the program?
You will see 5 days a week of prescribed movements that may include walking, bodyweight movements, mindset prompts, and breathwork guidance. Some days are super short and easy to fit into your day. It could even be broken up into two parts if you need to! Some days require longer walks.
